Google Chromeの使い方って

ふと思ったんだが、Google Chromeの使い方って、もしやこういう使い方を意図してるのか?もしや。
極端な表現でいえば、Windowsをグーグルのメッキで包んでやる！！的な感じの。

この「アプリケーションショートカット」って機能を使ってみて、ちょっと思ったんだが…穿った見方すぎか？
